Mary Read started her business in 1976 after working during her university days at Frangipani, which was owned by Frances Stafford, the daughter of the famous bikini queen Paula Stafford. Over the years Mary has continued to dress and style the most wonderful clients from everyday wardrobe pieces to collections she designs. These include beautiful exclusive garments made from silk and cotton under the labels Bagruu and in conjunction with Anupamaa sourced from the land of textiles, India.
