President of the QSWWA, Giles Edmonds, warmly welcomed guests and introduced the Mayor of Woollahra, Sarah Dixson, who officially opened the event. In her address, the Mayor celebrated the strength of local community and the vibrant spirit of the Queen Street and Woollahra Village.

The Woollahra Hotel was transformed into a chic fashion salon, playing host to over 180 guests, including fashion doyennes Nancy Pilcher, Jane de Teliga and media personalities such as Melissa Hoyer and Nicole Bonython-Hines. The show was introduced by Grant Pearce, Editor of Esquire Australia, who reminisced about his personal connection to the Village, dating back to the 1980s when he would visit to watch his father perform at the Queen Street Fair. Curated by renowned stylist David Heimann, the Fashion Show delivered a seamless presentation of summer collections, from Moss & Spy, Aquel, Reads Woollahra, Cable Melbourne and Riada Concept showcasing their effortlessly chic ready-to-wear, exclusive imports and sophisticated evening wear. The wonderful hats and accessories from Axel Mano, Tanora and sunglasses from Richard Banks Optomoterist completed the looks. M.J. Bale unveiled their summer casual tailoring collection, impressing with its relaxed refinement. A standout moment came with the children’s wear from Monogram Mode, with the children twirling with delight down the runway. The professional models, were selected
by our local talent agencies Chic Model Management and Priscillas Models who strode the runway with confidence and finesse with hair styled by Chris Hunter and his team at Willomina, John Colantuono of Queen Street Hair and Beauty and James Pearce, Jimmy Snips.
Champagne flowed courtesy of Piper Heidsieck, alongside delicious chicken sandwiches and Bistro Moncur’s signature petit fours, the perfect pairing to an afternoon of fashion, fun, and community connection.
It was a day to remember — a true celebration of Woollahra’s style, heart, and heritage.
